Our standard delivery costs are $6.00 for up to 3 items in the US. Orders are shipped within 5 days of order, except during holiday seasons where orders can take longer to arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, we will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 2 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item to us and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
If you wish to cancel an order before we have sent the goods, you must confirm by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge.
If you change your mind and wish to return a product after your order has been shipped to you or after you have received it, we will only accept returns if the products are in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by us.
